Its been since long, I wanted to start up a blog of my own. Had visited a few interesting ones and ever wondered, if I'll be able to open mine, one day?
And here I am. It was as simple as a click.
So to begin with, my day started off really good. Yesterday was mummy's birthday. And I made one of the most flawless cake that I'd ever baked. To top it up, piped an icing bag for the very first time and made small rosettes over the cake. You don't know, how happy I felt to have made it myself. The birthday girl enjoyed hogging onto the wee cake. Wish the icing was a bit, less sweet. That's the preview of the cake.. gorgeous.. isn't it?
Last night, Ameya slept really peacefully. Guess he was less tired than usual. He got up at 10-30 this morning.. almost 12 hours of happy napping! He's happily playing now..
I look forward to go home and bake the Oats batter bread that Dhaval wants to eat since a long time. Hopefully, I'll get the time to make it.
Day at work has almost come to an end. Waiting for someone to drop me home.. sigh! Its annoying without a car..
